1812 SHOOTOUT BOYS TOURNAMENT RULES
All Boys Divisions

25 Minute, Running Time Games

One Timeout per Game
-
15 second restart after goals

All penalties will be one-minute running time. The penalty will start when the officials restart the game after calling the penalty.

New York State high school rules will be in effect for everything else, except for fighting or flagrant verbal use.

Any foul language will result in a penalty, continued or excessive abuse will result in that player's expulsion.

If a player is kicked out of a game, they are done for the remainder of the tournament.

Players must be in the appropriate grades for their group for this school year(2020-2021).

Overtime for all divisions will start immediately after the whistle to end regulation. There will be no break.

All teams must have an adult coach to act as team representative.
Boys Grades 1-2 Division Specific Rules

No body checking. There is no such thing as a brush, contact to helmet will be a head penalty.

No Time Served Penalties, teams will be given a fast break

There is a two-step rule in body checking. Anything more than two steps (even if legal) will result in a minute penalty
